Standard of Quality
We are a UK-based business, and our goods are made to order specifically for you. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard right to cancel or return goods does not apply to "goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised."
As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse, as we cannot restock these custom-made items. Please check the size guides on our product pages carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Report a Fault:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Contact us at through the Contact Us form with your Order Number and clear photos of the fault (e.g., poor print quality, damaged garment).

Once the fault is verified, we will send a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost Parcels
If your item has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
